The answer was clear: deep operational involvement post-investment, at a level their peers did not offer. We built a new narrative framework around that truth and restructured all positioning materials to reflect it.

3× increase in qualified inbound deal flow within six months. Featured in two major Central European business publications. More fundamentally, Tessera went from being perceived as a competent early-stage fund to being recognised as the conviction-driven investor that serious founders wanted backing them.
